Through Honeydews Kitchen food blog, I have been able to share my passion for writing, healthy eating and cooking with readers who also share the same interests. In addition to creating healthy recipes, cooking and  nutrition, I also enjoy gardening, photography, and taking walks by the lake in the summer with my husband Jim and  my spunky Jack Russel terrier Angel. My professional background includes employment as a RDN, Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 30 years in the health care industry. I began writing a food blog after my retirement since I now have more time to devote to creating recipes, cooking and writing.
